Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours of placing your order. However, during busy periods, it may take slightly longer.

If you are unable to pick up your order within 7 days, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. Orders not collected within 14 days without prior arrangement will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued.
